Who this is for

Eigel PMS is an internal operations workspace for Eigel Consulting staff and invited collaborators. Access is invite-only; a limited read-only guest sandbox is provided from the sign-in page for evaluation.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, and role assigned by an Admin.
• Operational data: attendance events, tasks, weekly plans, status changes, and generated reports.
• Audit records: a log of who did what and when, used for team-lead visibility and troubleshooting.

How we use it

• To run the workspace: authentication, dashboards, Kanban, notifications, and AI report generation.
• To improve reliability: aggregated, non-personal metrics and error tracking.

Sharing

Data is stored in Lovable Cloud infrastructure and is not sold. AI report generation uses the Lovable AI gateway; only the summarized operational activity for the current user is sent, not credentials or unrelated records.

Retention

Personal accounts are retained while active. Audit and attendance records are retained for internal compliance. Deleted accounts have their profile data purged; anonymized audit references may remain.

Your controls

• Request an export of your own attendance, plans, and reports from HR.
• Request deletion of your account from an Admin.
• Update your profile and status at any time from the workspace.
